- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヘツド部１７に、コイルボビン１０に巻装した
コイル１２を設け、 トナー濃度、あるいはトナー残量等を、透磁率
の変化として検出するトナーセンサにおいて、 上記ヘツド部１７に、 ケース１と一体に形成され、ヘツド部の先端方
向へ延びた開放端を有し、内部が空胴のスリーブ
２０を設けると共に、 上記コイルボビン１０の鍔の内、ヘツド部１７
の先端でトナーと接する側の一方の鍔１８の径を
、コイルボビン１０の他の形よりも大径に形成し
、 上記コイルボビン１０を、スリーブ２０内に収
納した状態で、スリーブ２０の開放端と、コイル
ボビン１０に形成した一方の大径の鍔１８の周辺
部とを固着したことを特徴とするトナーセンサ。
