燥風路と冷却風路とを仕切る循環ケーシングとを
有し、前記両面フアンの外周部と前記循環ケーシ
ングの内周部との夫々に、同心円弧形で互いに小
間隙を保つて遊嵌する回転溝群と固定溝群とを設
けるとともに、前記回転溝群と前記固定溝群との
小間隙の大きさを変化せしめる駆動手段を設けた
