Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軸線回りに回転せしめられる工具本体の外
周部に、工具本体の先端面に開口する切屑排出溝
が形成され、この切屑排出溝の回転方向に面する
先端壁部に、切刃を有するチツプがロウ付けされ
てなるロウ付けドリルにおいて、 上記工具本体の径方向中心側における上記チツ
プと上記切屑排出溝の壁部との交線部の工具基端
側面部を、上記チツプのすくい面に沿う平面上で
上記切刃またはその延長線と工具軸線の投影線と
の交点を中心として上記切刃の径方向外周側端部
を通過する円弧と、上記切屑排出溝の壁部との交
差部よりも工具先端側に設けたことを特徴とする
ロウ付けドリル。 (2) 上記切屑排出溝の回転方向と逆方向に面す
る壁部を、工具軸線と交差する方向の断面視にお
いて直線状をなす面に形成したことを特徴とする
請求項１記載のロウ付けドリル。
