れ前記断線センサの出力を無線式に送信する送信
器と前記テープ巻機の固定部分を含む地上側に設
けられ前記送信器からの出力を受信してテープの
断線を検出する受信器とから成る無線送受信手段
と、前記テープ巻機の回転部分と固定部分との間
に跨がつて前記回転部分が発電出力側となるよう
に取付けられて前記回転部分上の断線センサ及び
送信器の電源となる発電機とを備えたことを特徴
