この発明はフアクシミリ装置およびその類似装
置に関し、特に主走査方向の総画素数に対して送
出主走査画素数を1/n(nは整数)とする画信号

従来技術
従来の画信号の処理方式には、主走査総画素数
を1/2とする場合の例として、第1図Aに示す様
に1画素毎に画信号を抽出して画信号を決定する
方式や、第1図Bに示す様に2画素単位で黒信号
のORをとつて画信号を決定する方式がとられて

て再生画としてはつぶれてしまうという問題点を

発明の目的
本発明はかゝる問題点を改良するものであり、

たはとんだりすることのない改良した画信号処理

発明の構成
本発明によれば主走査方向の総画素数に対し
て、装置より送出する主走査画素数を1/n(nは
整数)とする画信号処理装置において処理前画信
号をn画素単位で白画信号のOR(n画素のうち
いずれかが白なら白画信号とする)をとる手段、
処理前画信号をn画素単位で黒画信号のOR(n
画素のうちいずれかが黒ならば黒信号とする)を
とる手段及び直前処理画信号が黒画信号か白画信
号かにより処理画信号を決定する画信号制御手段
を備え、直前処理画信号が黒画信号の場合、処理
信号は前記白画信号のORをとる手段の出力画信
号とし、又直前処理画信号が白画信号の場合、処
理画信号は前記黒画信号のORをとる手段の出力
画信号とするよう、前記画信号制御手段が制御す

信号(第3図A)を2画素単位で白信号のOR
(2画素のうちいずれかが白ならば白画信号とす
る)をとる様画信号制御部8により制御され、第
3図Cに示す様な白OR画信号を出力する。さら
に黒画信号OR回路4及び白画信号OR回路5に
より出力された黒OR画信号、白OR画信号はそ
れぞれ画信号制御部8によつて制御をされる画信

信号OR回路5の出力信号である白OR画信号を
処理画信号出力部9へ切換出力する様制御を行
う。この様にして処理画信号出力部9には第3図

り主走査画素数を1/2以上とする場合においても
本説明で行なつたと同一効果の画信号処理方式を

向の総画素数に対して装置より送出する処理画信
号の主走査画素数を1/n(nは整数)とする画
信号処理装置において、処理前の画信号のn画素
単位毎に、このn画素のうち少なくとも1つが白
のときに白画信号を出力する白画信号オア手段
と、処理前の画信号のn画素単位毎に、このn画
素の少なくとも1つが黒のときに黒画信号を出力
する黒画信号オア手段と、直前処理画信号が黒画
信号か白画信号かにより導出すべき処理画信号を
決定する画信号制御手段とを設け、前記直前処理
画信号が黒画信号の場合、処理画信号として前記
白画信号オア手段の出力を、また前記直前処理画
信号が白画信号の場合処理画信号として前記黒画
信号オア手段の出力を夫々選択するよう前記画信
号制御手段を制御してなることを特徴とする画信
