Many applications of magnets, which are said to have therapeutic, health maintenance and promotion effects, have been proposed. These can be roughly divided into two types: those in which magnets are attached to a core material for bedding made of plastic such as polyurethane or polyethylene foam, and those in which magnets are attached to traditional cotton bedding. However, in the former case, the core material has a fixed shape and a certain degree of rigidity, so it is comparatively easy to attach a magnet that also has the same rigidity, whereas in the latter case, it is relatively easy to attach a magnet that has the same rigidity. The reality is that magnets are amorphous and too soft, and attaching rigid magnets is difficult and requires manual labor.

I can't forbid it. In order to compensate for the drawbacks of such plastic core materials, composite bedding made of these core materials and cotton has also been proposed. However, in this case, if ordinary cotton is used, it is too soft and may reduce the intended spinal correction effect of the plastic core material, and as mentioned above, it is not easy to attach a magnet to ordinary cotton. .

ある。 In Fig. 1, raw cotton 1 consisting of a certain ratio of cotton with a low melting point and cotton with a high melting point is formed into a solid cotton forming device 2.
The material is then staged and heated to dry. The solid cotton 1a coming out of the molding device 2 is led to a die cutting device 3, where it is cut into a die for attaching a magnet. The die-cut solid cotton 1b is cooled by a cooling device 4 and then stored in an appropriate length by a step roll 5. The die-cut solid cotton 1b that has come down from the stepped roll 5 is guided cross-sectionally to an adhesive filling device 6, and after filling and coating the inside of the concave mold with a mounting agent, it is transferred to a magnet charging device 7.
The magnet is inserted into the concave mold and fixed by adhesive. If necessary, it is dried in a drying step, further cooled to room temperature in a cooling step, and cut into a predetermined length. Incidentally, the sheet may be cut after the cooling device 4 and the subsequent steps may be performed discontinuously, and in this case, the step using the stepped rolls 5 is not necessary.

In the figure, the adhesive filling device 6 is equipped with a plurality of nozzles 11 on its front surface, and an adhesive introduction pipe 12 on its back surface, which is connected to an adhesive reservoir and a compressor (not shown). With the nozzle 11 located approximately directly above the concave mold 10 of the die-cut solid cotton 1b, the compressor applies a predetermined amount of the mounting agent 13 into the concave mold 10.

る。 4 and 5 are enlarged views of main parts of the magnet charging process, and the magnet charging device 7 is constructed so that N and S can be freely switched. In FIG. 4, a magnet 14 having a magnetic pole opposite to that of the charging device 7 is arranged to be attracted. In this state, as shown in FIG. 5, with the magnet 14 positioned almost directly above the concave mold 10 of the die-cut solid cotton 1b, the magnetic pole of the charging device 7 is switched to the opposite magnetic pole.
The magnet 14 is separated from the device 7 by the repulsive force of the magnetic force, and is dropped into the concave mold 10 filled and coated with the adhesive 13 of the solid cotton 1b, and is adhesively fixed.

In addition, the magnet-attached hard cotton obtained by the present invention has dramatically improved adhesion to magnets compared to conventional soft cotton, and is hardly likely to come off during use. Furthermore, even when used as bedding as is or in combination with a plastic core material, it has a suitable hardness, so it does not become too soft like conventional cotton, and does not impair the spinal correction or acupressure effect. , the excellent cushioning properties and feel of cotton,
It is possible to provide bedding with hygroscopic properties.
