Abstract

公昭44−8361゛号公報に記載されている如く、ボ
トルを有蓋・無底筒型の本体の無底側から差し込み、ボ
トルの口部をねじ込んで本体に装着するものとか、又は
実開昭63−84240号公報(こ記載されている如く
、ボトルの藷液中に一部を浸漬した吸液芯を加熱するこ
とにより吸液された薬液を蒸散させる加熱蒸散装置にお
いて、装置本体に前記ボトルを略水平方向から出し入れ
できるボトル挿入部を設け、このボトル挿入部の上側部
に発熱体を設け、この発熱体に前記ボトルの吸液芯を略
水平方向から出し入れできる平面略U字形状の吸液芯挿
入部を構成のものが提案されている。 ところで、これらいずれのものにあっても、吸液芯はボ
トルに固定されているのみであり、吸液芯の先端部分が
ふらつきやすく、吸液芯の破損の心配が高いといった問
題点のあることが判ってきた。

るボトル挿入部4が構成されている。 このボトル挿入部4の上部にある装置本体1の天井部5
は前方に突出していて半円形状の庇部6を形成している
。そして、この天井部5にはボトル挿入部4の真上に位
置した。蒸散孔7が形成されている。 ボトル挿入部4の上側部には、熱伝導性に1量れた素材
で構成された加熱体Sを前方に突出させて設けている。 この加熱体8は、例えば上方から見た平面図においては
、開口部8aを有する略コ字形状に構成されていて、こ
のコ字溝部分が吸液芯挿入部9に構成されている。 8bはコ字溝状の吸液芯挿入部9の両側壁に設けられた
凸条であり、この凸条8bの凸出兵は開口部8a側の方
が短い、従って、吸液芯挿入部9は、そ奥側の幅が実質
上狭い、例えば略二等辺台形状になっている。 尚、加熱体8の加熱は、例えば加熱体8に連設された正
特性サーミスタ素子への電源コード10を介しての通電
により行なわれるものである。 そして、加熱体8は、その開口部8a側の厚さ1を徐々
に厚く構成すると共に、その下端部における内側が例え
ばテーパー状に切欠構成されている。 前記装置本体1の前面部2の上側には、その左側縁部を
ヒンジ部材により装、置本体1に取付けられた前部扉1
1が設けられていて、前部扉11の閉蓋時にあってはボ
トル3がボトル挿入部4より外れることがないようにし
ている。尚、前部扉11の右側縁部には掛止部12が設
けられており、前部扉11の閉塞時、掛止部12が装置
本体1の前面部2の掛止孔13に挿入係止されて、ロッ
クが掛かるようになっている。 前記ボトル3は、内部に例えば殺虫目的での殺虫液、芳
香目的での芳香液等の蒸散薬液が入れられたものであり
、ボトルの口部3aから上方に薬液の蒸散の為の例えば
略台形柱形状の吸液芯14を突出させたものである。 次に、上記のように構成させた加熱蒸散装置の作用につ
いて説明する。 装置本体1のボトル挿入部4にボトル3を挿入する。こ
の場合、先ず、前部扉11を開き、ボトル3の吸液芯1
4が発熱体8の吸液芯挿入部9の奥に位置するように水
平方向にボトル3を挿入する。 従って、吸液芯14を具備するボトル3の装置本体1へ
の出し入れは略水平方・向で行えるから、その装着(及
び離脱)1ヤ業が容易であり、又、ボトルセット時に吸
液芯14が加熱体8及び装置本体1に干渉することがな
く、吸液芯14の破損が防止される。 又、ボトル3を装置本体1のボトル挿入部4に挿入する
に際して、ボトル3を傾けたり、回転する必要がなく、
それ故ボトル3内の薬液をこぼしたりすることもない。 さらには、吸液芯14は加熱体8の吸液芯挿入部9の両
側の凸条8bによって支持されるから、装置本体1がゆ
すぶられても吸液芯14がふらついたりすることがなく
、吸液芯14が破損する恐れが一層少なくなる。 次に、前部扉11を閉める。 この状態で正特性サーミスタ素子に通電して加熱体8を
加熱すると、これによって吸液芯14が加熱され、蒸散
液は蒸散し、蒸散孔7より大気に放出されることになる
。 尚、この加熱時に際して吸液芯14は加熱体からほぼ等
距離の位置にセットさ、れるから、吸液芯14がほぼ等
測的に加熱されるようになり、蒸散°、具合が良い。
