ルの薬液中に一部を浸漬した吸液芯を加熱することによ
り吸液された薬液を蒸散させる加熱蒸散装置において、
装置本体に前記ボトルを略水平方向から出し入れできる
ボトル挿入部を設け、このボトル挿入部の上側部に発熱
体を設け、この発熱体に前記ボトルの吸液芯を略水平方
向から出し入れできる千面略U字形状の吸液芯挿入部を
構成のものが提案されている。
ところで、これらいずれのものにあっても、吸液芯はボ
トルに固定されているのみであり、吸液芯の先端部分が
ふらつきやすく、吸液芯の破損の心配が高いといった問
題点のあることが判ってきた。
又、吸液芯と発熱体との間に十分な隙間があり、これが
為発熱体が吸液芯側に熱が伝わりにくく、伝熱効率が悪

第1図は、本発明に係る加熱蒸散装置の1実施例を示す

各図中、1は加熱蒸散装置本体Aの上部体、2は装置本
体Aの中部体であり、この中部体2には加熱体3が設け
られている。
尚、4は電気コードであり、同図では途中で切断してい
る。
5は内側に爪6を形成した1円筒部であり、この円筒部
5は中部体2に一体的に構成されている。
7は受体であり、この受体7の底板8には取付固定用の
リブ9が形成されている。
10は底板Sから立設された円筒部であり、この円筒部
10は前記円筒部5内に嵌入されており、そして前記円
筒部5内に突設した爪6が進入している長孔(上下方向
に長孔)11が円筒部10の周壁部に形成されている。
12は例えば殺虫液が充填されているボトルであり、1
3はこのボトル12内の殺虫液を毛細管現象によって上
部に導く為の吸液芯である。
ここで注目すべき点は、この加熱蒸散装置にあっては、
吸液芯13があらかじめボトル12側に取り付けられて
いるものではなく、加熱体3に対して一体的に取り付け
られていることである。
14は、吸液芯13に配設されたボトル12の開口部を
密封する為の蓋である。
上記のように構成させた加熱蒸散装置において、ボトル
12を組込む作業は次のようにして行われる。
まず、爪6が長孔11に沿っ、て上下方向に移動するよ
う装置本体Aの中部体2と受体7とを遠ざけるよう矢印
方向に移動させる。そうすると、受体7と吸液芯13と
の間の距離はボトル12の高さより大きくなるので、開
蓋したボトル12を簡単に受木7に取り付けることがで
きる。
このボトル12の受体7への取付後、受体7を上昇させ
るか装置本体Aを下方に移動させ、そして受木7を装置
本体Aに対して多少回動させ、蓋14をボトル12の開
口部に取り付ければ、作業は終了する。
尚、このボトル12を取り付けた受体7を装置本体Aに
対してセット完了するに際して、円筒部5と円筒部10
とが、又、爪6と長孔11とがガイド機構となっている
為、吸液芯13は相対的に垂直方向にのみ移動し、吸液
芯13の下端はボトル12内にスムーズに案内゛される
。
すなわち、受体7と装置本体Aとの間には吸液芯13を
損傷させることがないよう受体7移動用のガイドi楕が
設けられており、しかもこのガイド機構は受木7と装置
本体Aと、が分離不能なようにも構成させているから、
吸液芯13を損傷させることはない。
又、受体7が装置本体Aから分離できないようになって
いるから、受体7がなくなるような事故は絶対に起きな
い、特に、運搬時等に受体7が取り外れることもないの
で、ボトル12が落下するといった事故が皆無となる。
又、受体7が装置本体Aに対してスライドできるように
なっているから、ボトル12の高さが異なるもので°も
対応できる。
そして、上記のようにしてボトル12のセラ1へされた
加熱蒸散装置のスイッチが入れられ、加熱体3によって
吸液芯13が加熱されて、蒸散孔15より殺虫液が空気
中に蒸散していくのであるが、この加熱蒸散時において
吸液芯13は加熱体3に隙間なく結合されているので、
加熱体3からの伝熱効率が良く、薬液を蒸散させる為の
