Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部を真空ポンプの吸入口に連通自在な密閉容
    器の上端開口を開閉する為の、密閉容器の開閉蓋
    装置であつて、密閉容器の上端開口を囲む状態で
    設けられた環状のパツキングと、このパツキング
    をその全周に亙つて下面に当接させられる大きさ
    を有する蓋板と、上記密閉容器の両側に設けられ
    た１対の昇降機構と、密閉容器の両側に水平方向
    に亙つて設けられ、それぞれ上記１対の昇降機構
    によつて昇降する１対の支持枠と、各支持枠の内
    側面にそれぞれ複数個ずつ設けられた枢軸によつ
    て枢支された１対の昇降ローラ群と、密閉容器の
    上端開口から外れた部分で、上記昇降ローラ群の
    上昇位置と同じ高さ位置に、上記昇降ローラ群と
    同じ間隔で設けられた１対の固定ローラ群とから
    成る密閉容器の開閉蓋装置。
