合う端部に、両端部が前記矩形セラミツクを介し
て重なるように、前記第２の面に形成された第２
の電極とを備え、前記複数の第１の電極と前記２
の電極とが前記矩形セラミツクを介して重なり合
う部分が、それぞれ、厚みすべり振動部を形成し
ていることを特徴とするセラミツクフイルタ。
