Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プロセス量ｙとその推定値〓との偏差ｅを
    時間的に微分してその絶対値をとり変化率ｖを算
    定し、この変化率ｖが予め定めた閾値ｖｍを越え
    た場合に、プロセスに異常が発生した兆候がある
    と判定するようにしてなることを特徴とする異常
    兆候検出装置。 (2) プロセス量ｙを時間的に微分して変化率ｄ
    ｙｄｔを算出し、前記プロセス量ｙの正常なモデ
    ルを用いた推定値〓を時間的に微分して変化率ｄ
    〓ｄｔを算出し、前記変化率ｄｙｄｔとｄ〓ｄｔ
    との偏差ｆを算出し、この偏差ｆの絶対値｜ｆ｜
    が予め定めた閾値ｆｍを越えた場合に、プロセス
    に異常が発生した兆候があると判定するようにし
    てなることを特徴とする異常兆候検出装置。
