装置において、前記コリメータは前記線源の中央
開口部内周縁に高さが上下動可能な筒体及び該筒
体内側中を上下移動可能な複数の小筒体の集合体
から成る小筒集合体から成り、該コリメータの高
さを前記線源の内周縁に突出して取付けたことを
