備する油温検知具と、感熱部３２を油槽２内にセ
ツトしたときに貫通状態となり且加熱装置を動作
可能な状態にセツトする安全スイツチ４を具備す
るフライヤーにおいて、安全スイツチ４をリード
スイツチ４１とし、油温検知具の感熱部３２を保
持する保持体にリードスイツチ４１を具備させ、
感熱部３２を油槽２にセツトした状態において前
記リードスイツチ４１と対接又は接近する部分に
一対の永久磁石１，１とこの間に介装される感温
フエライトＦからなる磁石ユニツトＵを配設し、
前記感温フエライトＦを異常加熱温度に上昇した
時点で急激に陶磁率が降下する特性を有するもの
とし、感熱部３２を上記油槽２にセツトした状態
でこの感温フエライトＦの配設部がリードスイツ
チ４１の接点部とが一致するように前記磁石ユニ
