Claims (1)
- 複数個のワークを整列搬送する搬送路と、その
搬送路中の第１の点に設けたワークを個別して検
出するモールド検出ステージ、第２の点に設けた
個別ワークの基準位置を検出するリード検出ステ
ージ、第３の点に設けたレーザ捺印するレーザ照
射部及びワーク移動をパルスカウントするエンコ
ーダを配置し、前記リード検出ステージとレーザ
照射部間の距離を前記エンコーダでカウントされ
たパルスにより計測し、所定の捺印位置でレーザ
照射することを特徴とするレーザ捺印装置。
