- ＳＦ６ガスを封入したタンク内に水冷却のサイ
リスタバルブを収納したガス絶縁水冷却サイリス
タバルブにおいて、バルブ内部品を同電位の部品
毎に絶縁板上に支持固定し、前記絶縁板と他の電
位の部品を支持固定する絶縁板とは電位差に対し
て１．５ｍｍ／ＫＶｒｍｓ以上の距離を設けたこ
とを特徴とするガス絶縁水冷却サイリスタバルブ
。
