Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 冷水コイルおよび温水コイルを備えた空調
    器と、該空調器の冷水コイルに冷水を循環供給す
    るための水冷チラーと、該チラーに冷却水を循環
    供給するための冷却塔とからなる恒温湿室用空調
    装置において、冷水コイルから該チラーへの冷水
    戻り管路に水対水熱交換器を配置し、この熱交換
    器に該チラーを出た冷却水を通水する構成とした
    ことを特徴とする恒温湿室用空調装置。 (2) 冷水コイルおよび温水コイルを備えた空調
    器と、該空調器の冷水コイルに冷水を循環供給す
    るための水冷チラーと、該チラーに冷却水を循環
    供給するための冷却塔とからなる恒温湿室用空調
    装置において、冷水コイルから該チラーへの冷水
    戻り管路に水対熱交換器を配置し、この熱交換器
    に該チラーを出た冷却水を通水する構成とし、さ
    らに前記の温水コイルに該チラーを出た冷却水を
    供給する構成としたことを特徴とする恒温湿室用
    空調装置。 (3) 空調器は加湿器を備えている請求項１また
    は２に記載の恒温湿室用空調装置。
