該給湯器2の上流側に配管接続される太陽熱温水
器1等の予備給湯手段と、給湯器2から浴槽4に
給湯する温水の温度を設定する湯温設定器52と
を具備する湯張り装置に於いて、浴槽4に冷水供
給する冷水回路7と、該冷水回路7から供給され
る冷水の温度を検知する冷水温センサ71と、太
陽熱温水器1等の予備給湯手段から供給される温
水の温度を検知する湯温センサ12と、該湯温セ
ンサ12の検知温度と湯温設定器52で設定した
湯張り温度を比較して前者の検知温度が後者の湯
張り温度より高い場合にはぬるめ要求信号を出す
温度比較手段6と、太陽熱温水器1等の予備給湯
手段から浴槽4に投入する必要温水量LHを下記
の演算式によつて決定する必要温水量演算手段8
とを設け、湯温センサ12が検知する太陽熱温水
器1等の予備給湯手段からの供給温水の温度をT
H、冷水温センサ71が検知する冷水回路7から
の供給水の温度をTC、湯張り目標水量をLO、
湯温設定器52で設定した湯張り温度をTOとし

が検知する水温と湯温設定器52で設定した湯張
り温度を比較して前者の検知水温が高い場合には
ぬるめ要求信号を出す混合水温比較手段60を設
け、該混合水温比較手段60からぬるめ要求信号
が出ている場合には、該信号が消失するまで冷水
回路7からの冷水量を増加させるように混合量調
整弁33を制御し、逆に上記混合水温比較手段6

水回路7からの供給冷水の量を減少させるように
