Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明誘電体層５で被覆された透明電極４を
有する前面ガラス基板１と、暗色誘電体層９で被
覆された背面電極８を有する後面ガラス基板２と
を放電用ガス空間を介して対向配置し、かつ 前記前面ガラス基板１の非発光部に対応する透
明誘電体層上５に、前記後面ガラス基板側の誘電
体層９と略同等の色調を呈する暗色絶縁層７を形
成し、 前記暗色絶縁層７と暗色誘電体層９にはそれぞ
れのガラス基板１，２上に電極形成時に該電極材
料により形成された両基板の目合せパターン１１
を覗くための小さな開口を有してなることを特徴
とするガス放電表示パネル。 (2) 前記後面ガラス基板２の暗色誘電体層９上
に透明な表面保護膜が設けられてなることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の
ガス放電表示パネル。
