Claims (1)
- ＴＶカメラより入力した部品の映像信号をデジ
タルの入力画像とし、入力画像に横（水平方向）
の微分処理の演算回路で、微分画像を出力し、微
分画像のピークデータから部品の左右のエツジの
座標を出力し、エツジの座標から、部品の幅を出
力することを特徴とする形状計測装置。
