  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 撮像管２で撮影した部品１の彫刻面１Ａの映像
    信号を２値化回路３でデイジタル信号にする彫刻
    面１Ａの彫刻文字読取り装置において、 彫刻前の彫刻面１Ａの第１の映像信号１１Ａを
    ２値化回路３で第１のデイジタル信号１２Ａにし
    て記憶する画像メモリ６と、 彫刻後の彫刻面１Ａの第２の映像信号１１Ｂを
    ２値化回路３で第２のデイジタル信号１２Ｂにし
    て第１の入力端子に接続し、画像メモリ６の読み
    出しデータ１６を第２の入力端子に接続する排他
    的論理和回路７とを備えることを特徴とする彫刻
    面の彫刻文字読み取り装置。
