Claims (1)
- ケーシング内をダイヤフラムによつて負圧室と
大気室とに隔成すると共に、一端が前記ダイヤフ
ラムに固着されたロツドを、シール機構を介して
排気還流通路壁の挿通孔を摺動自在に挿通し、か
つ該ロツドの他端に有する弁体をシート部材に離
着座させて前記排気還流通路を適宜開閉する排気
還流制御バルブにおいて、前記シール機構の外周
を包囲する保護カバーを、前記ロツドの軸方向に
対して伸縮自在に形成したことを特徴とする排気
還流制御バルブ。
