上下移動機構と、該ゴム栓保持ピンを横姿勢にな
す回転機構を有すると共に、該ゴム栓保持ピンは
前方付勢されて進退自在に構成され、 さらに、前記第二移載アームは、ゴム栓中心孔
に圧入着するゴム栓保持ピンを先端側方に突設固
定した回転自在アームからなり、停止位置の自己
のゴム栓保持ピンを、前記第一移載アームの前記
横姿勢位置のゴム栓ピンと対向させ、かつ、回転
移動位置の該ゴム栓保持ピンを前記ゴム栓収容部
