冷媒と熱交換して冷却することにより該空気中の
水分を除去するとともに、高温多湿空気の流入管
の外周を除湿済みの低温空気の流出筒で囲つて熱
交換する空気湿度平衡器の前記流入管内に冷却水
の通水管を通し、該通水管に流量制御弁を設けて
該冷却水により高温多湿空気を予冷するようにし
た冷凍式圧縮空気除湿装置において、前記冷凍機
の熱負荷の大小により該冷凍機の運転と停止及び
前記流量制御弁の流量を制御する制御装置を設け
