Claims (1)
- 複数個の振動部と少なくとも１つの中継容量部
が形成された圧電部品において、前記振動部と前
記中継容量部とを構成する基板がそれぞれ別個の
基板からなり、これら基板が貼着されて全体の基
板が構成されていることを特徴とする圧電部品。
