Claims (1)
- 前面を開口した箱体と、前記箱体の開口部を覆
うドアと、前記箱体の内部に設けた内筺体と、前
記筺体の内部に取付けた上ヒータ、中ヒータおよ
び下ヒータと、前記上ヒータと中ヒータの間に設
けた上段網および中ヒータと下ヒータの間に設け
た下段網と、前記中ヒータ後方に設けた反射板と
、前記中ヒータと上段網の間に設けた遮熱板とか
らなり、遮熱板は前後方向に両端部に向けて開口
面積を大きくした焙焼分布向上穴が設けてありか
つ前記中ヒータに対して前方は上に凸の曲面形状
とし後方は前記前方曲面より緩やかな上に凸の曲
面形状とした焼物調理器。
