1の充放電回路と、 前記第1の充放電回路の充電速度よりも遅い充
電速度で前記電源を充電し、かつ第1の充放電回
路の放電速度よりも速い放電速度で充電電圧を放
電する第2の充放電回路と、 前記第1の充放電回路の出力変化に応答動作す
るもので、前記第2の機能スイツチが入操作され
てのちの当該第1の充放電回路の出力が、充電モ
ードにおいて所定値に達するまではオン信号を、
所定値を越えたときはオフ信号を、放電モードに
おいて所定値未満になつたときにオン信号をそれ
ぞれ出力制御する制御回路と、 前記制御回路から、オン信号が与えられたとき
は導通状態に、またオフ信号が与えられたときは
