Claims (1)
- 一端が固定された弾性体からなる支柱と、その
支柱の他端近傍に配置された第１の磁性体と、そ
の第１の磁性体の周りに配置された第２の磁性体
を有するとともに、前期第１、第２の磁性体の少
なくとも一方の磁界を制御して前記弾性体からな
る支柱を任意に撓ませる磁界制御手段を具備した
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。
