(Conventional technology) Conventionally, rubber latex foam, EVA foam,
Cushionable insole materials made of completely crosslinked urethane foam and curved to follow the shape of the sole are well known from Utility Model Publication No. 37-16106, Utility Model Publication No. 58-29922, etc. When molding, expensive molds had to be used for each size, resulting in high costs, and it was virtually impossible to mold the shoes in a curve that followed the shape of the soles of each individual's feet, resulting in insufficient fit. . In addition, insole materials made of rubber latex foam have problems with mechanical strength such as tear resistance, and those made of EVA foam have a large compression set and are subject to weight pressure after short-term use. This resulted in permanent compression deformation and loss of cushioning properties.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention attempts to provide an inexpensive insole material that curves and deforms to conform to the shape of the sole of the wearer's feet after being worn, provides a good fit, and has excellent cushioning properties. It is something.

(Means and Examples for Solving the Problems) This invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. This invention is based on a flat plate-shaped resin powder 2 in which a cross-linking agent 1 is encapsulated and micro-encapsulated resin powder 2 is uniformly dispersed. The gist of the invention is a cushioned insole material made of semi-crosslinked urethane foam. In this invention, the resin powder 2 in which the cross-linking agent 1 is encapsulated and microencapsulated is an aminoplast resin, an epoxy resin, an aziridine-based vulcanizing agent, an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent 1, and an acrylic acid such as an acrylic ester or an acrylic acid copolymer. Polymer, vinylidene chloride
Methacrylic acid ester, vinylidene chloride-based polymers such as vinylidene chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer, polystyrene, styrene-acrylic acid ester copolymer, urea resin, melamine resin, and if necessary, in addition to these polymers, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, itaconic acid, It is coated with a shell wall 21 made of a resin copolymerized with maleic acid, etc., and the resin powder 2 is commercially available, for example, as Matsumoto Microsair-RQ-600K (manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.). .

Furthermore, in this invention, by laminating the rubber latex foam layer 4 on the lower surface of the semi-crosslinked urethane foam 3, the rubber latex foam layer 4 has excellent cushioning properties and the urethane foam 3 has excellent mechanical strength. As a result, an insole material with excellent cushioning properties and durability can be provided.

(Effects of the invention) This invention is constructed as described above, so if it is punched out for each size using a cutting die and inserted into shoes, the center can be adjusted according to the shape of the sole of the individual's feet at the initial stage of wearing. When the sole material is compressed, since the urethane foam 3 is in a semi-crosslinked state, it is plastically deformed by the weight pressure according to the curvature of the sole of the individual's foot, and at the same time, the compression effect due to the weight pressure when worn As a result, the shell wall 21 of the resin powder dispersed in the semi-crosslinked urethane foam is collapsed, and the crosslinking agent 1 encapsulated therein is leached into the semi-crosslinked urethane foam.
The semi-crosslinked urethane foam 3 is completely crosslinked, and a curve 31 with excellent fitability that follows the curved shape of the sole of each wearer's foot is finally molded and fixed on the surface of the urethane foam 3. Mechanical strength such as tensile strength, tear resistance, and impact resilience as well as cushioning properties are enhanced.

In addition, since the insole material of this invention is flat, it does not require the use of expensive molds, and can be made continuously by continuous mixing foaming methods such as one shot method or prepolymer method, or by continuous foaming method using polyurethane latex. It is extremely inexpensive because it can be formed into a sheet.
