    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の板体部と、この第１板体部の一端に接続
    して設けられた第２の板体部と、前記第１の板体
    部の他端に接続して設けられた第３の板体部とを
    備え、前記第２の板体部（及び／又は第１の板体
    部）並びに第３の板体部の面には所定の情報が記
    録されてなり、前記第２の板体部（及び／又は第
    １の板体部）に記録された所定の記録情報が読ま
    れないように前記第１の板体部と第２の板体部と
    は互いに所定の位置で接着されると共に、前記第
    ３の板体部に記録された所定の記録情報が読まれ
    ないように前記第１の板体部側にこの第３の板体
    部を折り曲げて重ねられるよう構成したことを特
    徴とするカード。
