Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ホルダ先端のテーパ穴に挿入したテーパシ
    ヤンクをクランプ手段でホルダに固定してテーパ
    シヤンクと外周逃げ面に形成される平行平面のス
    パナ掛け面を有する超硬合金製のエンドミルヘツ
    ドをホルダ先端に装着するヘツド着脱式ボールエ
    ンドミルにおいて、上記クランプ手段を、上記テ
    ーパ穴の穴底部に穴中心から偏心して設ける先太
    テーパのロツクピンと、上記テーパシヤンクの後
    端面のシヤンク中心から偏心した位置に設けてヘ
    ツドのホルダに対する切削力作用方向への回転で
    上記ロツクピンのテーパ面に係合させるロツクピ
    ンと同一方向に傾むくテーパのカム溝又はカム穴
    とで構成したことを特徴とするヘツド着脱式ボー
    ルエンドミル。 (2) 上記カム溝又はカム穴の溝底部から外周逃
    げ面のスパナ掛け面に至る部分のヘツド中心にス
    パナ掛け穴を設けてある請求項(1)記載のヘツド
    着脱式ボールエンドミル。 (3) 上記ヘツドは、Ｓ字刃型、外周ねじれ刃を
    有するものである請求項(1)又は(2)に記載のヘツ
    ド着脱式ボールエンドミル。
