Claims (1)
- 真空内搬送機構に装着されたマグネツトと、真
空壁を介して円筒状カツプリングに保持された大
気側マグネツトの磁気結合により、外部駆動機構
にて前記カツプリングをスライド駆動させ、真空
内搬送機構に搭載された試料を移送するマグネツ
トカツプリング搬送機構に於いて、前記円筒状カ
ツプリングの外周に挿入され位置調整可能なガイ
ドブロツクと、固定台に設置されたボールネジの
ナツトに固着した駆動ブロツクとからなり、前記
ガイドブロツクはボールネジ側にベアリングを保
持し、駆動ブロツクは前記ベアリングをガイドす
る溝を形成し、かつ、ガイドブロツクのベアリン
グ保持部を挟み込むベアリングを保持しているこ
とを特徴とするマグネツト搬送機構の連結機構。
