The required performance for sanitary napkins is high absorption and retention capacity, and in recent years, to achieve these objectives, research has been conducted into surface materials, and attempts have been made to apply absorbent materials such as superabsorbent polymers. . The inventors of the present invention have also advanced the above idea and have already filed a patent application in 1973.

-13136 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 54-107191) "Absorbent article" has been filed. As described above, various studies have been conducted on absorption performance, and their effects are well recognized. However, no matter how much the absorbent performance of the absorbent material improves, if it shifts from its normal position during use, fits in the crotch, or moves during exercise, its performance is completely meaningless. become.

Anti-slip materials for sanitary napkins were first installed about 10 years ago and have continued to this day. The material used in between is double-sided adhesive tape or hot melt type, and the shape is approximately 10 to 15 mm in length.
Width: approx. 40-50mm, or width: 3-5mm, length: 170-190mm
It has mainly been provided that the adhesive is pasted or coated on the surface and the upper surface is covered with a release paper. However, with these conventional anti-slip materials, it is difficult to determine the correct position for use and wear, resulting in poor fit and a sense of discomfort. Additionally, the front of the groin and the buttocks basically move differently when walking or exercising, which can cause misalignment or the sanitary napkin itself to move, causing it to move out of its proper position and not be fully effective. Causes leakage during blood absorption. Needless to say, this not only fundamentally impairs the performance of the absorber, but also causes mental anxiety to the user.

That is, the present invention provides a substantially vertically long sanitary napkin in which the non-use side is provided with a slip-preventing material,
The anti-slip material is composed of at least three lines parallel to the vertical direction, and these linear anti-slip materials are biased toward the front end of the sanitary napkin, and the anti-slip material near the front end is To provide a sanitary napkin characterized in that a line connecting the edges has a concave shape, and a line connecting the edge of the anti-slip material farther from the front end has a convex shape. be.

Figure 2a is a very common type of tape, in which the double-sided adhesive 1 is installed in one horizontal position, and most of the tape currently available on the market is called this horizontal single-position tape. It is something that exists.

This type has fewer problems in terms of ease of installation than other types, but it has the disadvantage that the effect of preventing slippage, which is the original purpose, is small.

On the other hand, FIG. 2b shows a case where hot melt is mainly used, and the hot melt adhesive 2 is installed in one place in the vertical direction, and is called a vertical one place tape. Although this type is thought to have improved ability to prevent lateral slippage compared to the above-mentioned types, in practical terms, this effect is not obtained, and on the contrary, it often causes misalignment or gives a strange feeling.

Furthermore, Fig. 2 c and d are also considered to be shapes proposed with the main purpose of improving the lateral slippage prevention ability; However, these types of horizontal or vertical tapes have basically the same drawbacks as the single vertical tape type.

As mentioned above, it is difficult to find a conventional anti-slip material that satisfies the anti-slip effect (especially against lateral slip).

As a result of detailed research into the shape of sanitary napkins when worn and in various postures (sitting, walking, etc.), the inventors of the present invention found that the shaded area 3 shown in Figure 3 corresponds to the part that is folded at the groin. Therefore, as mentioned earlier, installing a slip-preventing material such as adhesive tape here will reduce the slip-preventing force.
In addition, it has become clear that this is the cause of not being able to be installed effectively. In other words, it is thought that providing the anti-slip material in the remaining portion 4, which has a small degree of deformation when worn and in various postures, will effectively exert the anti-slip force. Furthermore, if the anti-slip material is not placed on the part of the sanitary napkin that is held in the hand when it is worn, i.e. the part near the front end of the sanitary napkin, the napkin can be worn without getting adhesive on the hands, eliminating discomfort for the user and making it easier to wear. There are advantages to doing so.

Based on this idea, we tested the effectiveness of various shapes of anti-slip materials, and found that the anti-slip materials were composed of at least three vertically parallel lines, and these anti-slip materials were used in sanitary napkins. It has been found that the adhesive area can be used effectively by providing the adhesive area offset to the front end of the adhesive. And a napkin in which the edge connecting the edges of the anti-slip material closer to the front end of the sanitary napkin has a concave shape, and the edge of the anti-slip material farther from the front end has a convex shape. was confirmed to have a particularly large effect.

The anti-slip material of the present invention is not particularly limited, but includes, for example, double-sided adhesive tape, pressure sensitive adhesive, and hot melt adhesive.

In the present invention, the methods for applying the anti-slip material to the unused side of the sanitary napkin are usually to spray it in a line with a nozzle directly onto the unused side of the sanitary napkin, or to apply it in a line (band) on a release paper. After that, there are two general methods of inverting the sanitary napkin and attaching it to the unused side of the sanitary napkin, but the method is not necessarily limited to these methods. Furthermore, in order to form a concave line connecting the edges of the anti-slip material closer to the front end of the sanitary napkin, this can be easily achieved by arranging the nozzles in a staggered manner instead of arranging them in parallel. The width of the anti-slip material is preferably 3 to 6 mm.

Example 1 A plurality of linear anti-slip agents 5 are arranged so that the line connecting the edge of the anti-slip material closer to the front end of the sanitary napkin has a concave shape, and the line connecting the edges of the anti-slip material closer to the front end of the sanitary napkin is concave. A sanitary napkin as shown in FIG. 1a was obtained in which the line connecting the edges of the anti-slip material was installed so that it became convex toward the center.

Example 2 The top surface of the anti-slip material with the shape shown in Figure 1a except for a part of it was covered with a release paper 6 (the shape of the release paper could be any shape as long as it could completely cover the anti-slip material). The sanitary napkin shown in FIG. 1b was obtained.

When the two types of napkins obtained in Examples 1 and 2 were actually worn, there was little slippage, twisting, etc., and the adhesives did not adhere to each other. Furthermore, it was rated as being easy to wear.

(Effects of the invention) As explained in detail above, the sanitary napkin of the present invention has a concave line connecting the edge of the anti-slip material closer to the front end of the sanitary napkin. Because there is no adhesive on the part that you hold when installing,
It does not touch the user's hands, eliminates user discomfort, and can be easily worn.

In addition, the anti-slip material is biased toward the front end of the sanitary napkin, and the line connecting the edge of the anti-slip material that is far from the front end of the sanitary napkin has a convex shape. In the crotch area, where the most pressure is applied and deforms, the amount of anti-slip material is small and adheres effectively, and furthermore, by making the adhesive part shaped like a fletching feather, there is an advantage that the area of the adhesive part can be effectively and large. In addition, if a similar area were to be drawn with lines, the area would be rectangular and the cost would be high, but the present invention has the advantage of requiring a smaller amount of adhesive.
