Claims (1)
- 複数の導波管または複数のスペーサ等を組合せ
且つ締結部材により同時に固定する導波管フイル
ターの固定構造に於いて、前記導波管または前記
スペーサに有する複数の取付穴のうち少なくとも
２個所の取付穴の穴径及び穴位置のみを精度良く
明け、他の取次穴と穴径及び穴位置には余裕を持
たせることを特徴とする導波管フイルターの固定
構造。
