Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 バンド切換信号によつて発振周波数が切り換え
られる広帯域発振器と、この広帯域発振器の出力
信号が結合コンデンサを介してベースに入力され
るトランジスタバツフアアンプとを備えた発振器
において、 前記結合コンデンサに並列にスイツチダイオー
ドを設け、 バンド切換に対応した切換信号により前記スイ
ツチダイオードを導通および非導通に切り換える
とともに、導通時には前記切換信号を前記トラン
ジスタバツフアアンプのベースバイアス電圧とし
て重畳することを特徴とする広帯域発振器の出力
レベル補正回路。
