釘打機の下方へ供給する風車供給手段があり、釘
打機の下部には、この供給手段から供給される風
車の鍔を案内して釘打機の下部に正確に位置決め
するための左右一対のガイド爪と、ストツパがあ
るが、このガイド爪は、釘打機の下部に開閉自在
に取付けた、左右一対の釘ガイドの外側にバネの
弾力で圧着している片の下部に設けたものである
から、釘の打込みにさいして釘とともに風車が押
下されたとき、ハンマが左右の釘ガイドを押し開
き、これとともに左右のガイド爪が開き、かつハ
ンマの下端が釘とともに風車を押下げるので風車
はガイド爪に邪魔されることなく下降する。しか
も既に基板に打ち込まれている釘をガイドとして
風車が下降するので、風車は正確に取付けられる
