Claims (1)
子と、一端が該変位素子の該変形により駆動させ
られるよう位置され、他端が固定弁体内に設けら
れた変位増幅油室に連通されたベローズ式油密室
と、一端が該変位増幅油室に面するよう該固定弁
体内に配置されたスプール弁と、該スプール弁の
両端に設けられた二つの圧縮ばねと、該固定弁体
に設けられた固定ピストンによつて分けられた二
つの油室を有する振動体と、該スプール弁の往復
移動により、圧油が該振動体の該二つの油室内に
交互に供給されて、該振動体が往復移動させられ
るような油圧システムとが備えられ、該変位増幅
油室の断面積は、該ベローズ式油密室の断面積よ
りも所定比だけ小さく形成され、該スプール弁の
質量と該二つの圧縮ばねのばね定数とで二次系の
共振周波数特性を有するよう構成されたことを特
徴とする振動発生装置。 2 該変位素子が圧電素子により構成されたこと
