備え、前記A/D変換器には前記充電部の温度上
昇を検出する温度測定素子が接続され、該温度測
定素子からのデータにより前記MPU及び前記制
御部を介して充電停止命令がなされ、前記リレー
のオンオフにより充放電回数が積算されて寿命予
測がなされ、充放電電流の時間的変化から充電完
了時間あるいは放電終了時間が予測され、これら
寿命予測及び充電完了時間あるいは放電終了時間
等が前記LCDに表示されることを特徴とする二
