図はコンデンサ製造に用いられる両面に金属箔が
形成されたマイクロ波用誘電体板の外観図、第５
図はコンデンサ製造に用いられるマイクロ波用誘
電体板の外観図、第６図と第７図はそれぞれ従来
のチツプ形コンデンサの外観図、第８図は従来の
薄膜コンデンサの外観図である。 図中、１１…マイクロ波用誘電体板、１２…電
極、１３…位置決め用穴、１４…ストリツプライ
ン伝送路、１５…基板。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定寸法形状のマイクロ波用誘電体板の片
    面にコンデンサ電極を形成したことを特徴とする
    マイクロ波回路用コンデンサ。 (2) 前記コンデンサ電極は両面に金属箔が形成
    された所定寸法形状のマイクロ波用誘電体板の片
    面をエツチング処理して前記電極形状とし、且つ
    他面の金属箔を除去するか、 又は片面に金属箔が形成された所定寸法形状の
    マイクロ波用誘電体板の該金属箔をエツチング処
    理して前記電極形状にしたものであることを特徴
    とする請求項(1)記載のマイクロ波回路用コンデ
    ンサ。 (3) 前記コンデンサ電極は所定寸法形状のマイ
    クロ波用誘電体板の片面に電極の寸法形状とした
    金属板を貼り付けるか、 又は電極の寸法形状に金属を蒸着して形成した
    ものであることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載のマ
    イクロ波回路用コンデンサ。 (4) 前記マイクロ波用誘電体板のコンデンサ電
    極が形成されていない所定の位置に位置決め用穴
    を設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)又は(2)又は
    (3)記載のマイクロ波回路用コンデンサ。
