[Conventional technology]

In a conventional ballpoint pen with a seal, the holding part of the seal is press-fitted into the rear end of a cap that is fitted into a barrel and is fixed therein. Therefore, the installation work is time-consuming, and even if the ink of the ink-impregnated stamp is used up, it cannot be converted.

[Purpose of invention]

In order to satisfy the above object, the present invention is constructed as follows.

That is, in the present invention, an expansion tube part is integrally formed at the rear end of the cap that is fitted into the barrel, and a plurality of window holes are formed on the circumferential surface, and an elastic protrusion is provided between the adjacent window holes. A spring pipe is press-fitted and fixed to the cap through the expansion tube part to form an insertion gap between the spring pipe and the expansion tube part, and the seal holding pipe is removably fixed in the insertion gap. The stamp holding pipe is a ballpoint pen with a stamp in which ink-impregnated stamps are stacked and fixed by a fixing pipe.

The embodiment shown in the figure will be described. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a barrel, 2 is a cap, and 3 is a ballpoint pen core protruding from the barrel 1.

An expansion tube portion 4 is integrally formed at the rear end of the cap 2, and a clip 5 is suspended from the expansion tube portion 4.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the expansion tube section 4 has a spring pipe 6 inserted therein, and its tip is press-fitted into the inner surface of the cap 2 and fixed therein. The spring pipe 6 has a plurality of window holes 7 formed at regular intervals on its circumferential surface, and elastic protuberances 8, 8 are formed between the window holes 7, 7. An insertion gap 9 is thus created between the spring tube 6 and the widening part 4. Reference numeral 10 denotes an ink-impregnated stamp, which is removably inserted into the insertion gap 9, and the stamp 10 is stacked and fixed on a stamp holding pipe 11 which is sandwiched and fixed between the inner surface of the expansion tube section 4 and the elastic raised section 8. Both members are integrally fixed by a pipe 12. In FIGS. 3 and 4, 13 is a stopper collar provided on the seal holding pipe 11, and 14 is a seal covering cap.

[Function] By inserting the stamp holding pipe 11 into the insertion gap 9, both the inner and outer surfaces thereof can be held, and the stamp can be fixed to the cap. When the ink runs out, it can be removed and replaced with a new one.

[Effect of idea]

According to the present invention, the seal holding pipe is securely fixed to the cap, and there is no risk of it accidentally coming off. Moreover, when a seal is used up, it is sufficient to purchase only the seal, which is economical and eliminates waste.
