    よび外筒部４後面に開口する溝部５を形成したキ
    ヤツプ本体１と、上記注出孔１０を閉塞して頂壁
    ２上面を覆う頂板１３後部から垂下した基部１４
    を溝部５の後部内に嵌合させて、その基部１４の
    左右両側部を溝部の左右両側壁６，６の後部に枢
    着させ、更に、基部１４の左右両側部から弾性板
    １６，１６を溝部５前部内に突出した蓋板１２と
    からなり、上記枢着部よりも前方の溝部左右両側
    壁６，６部分には、蓋板閉塞時に弾性板１６，１
    ６前部が有する透孔１７，１７内へ嵌合すると共
    に、上記枢着部を中心とする蓋板回動の際には弾
    性板１６，１６に圧接して弾性変形させ、更に、
    開蓋完了時には弾性板１６，１６から離脱する大
