る複数の第2通路と、この第1と第2の両通路の
各交叉部からこれら両通路が通る平面に対して交
叉する方向に延び先端が閉塞された第3通路とか
らなり、 上記第1通路と第2通路との各交叉部のうちの
少なくとも一の位置に流体の流れの方向を規制す
る流れ方向規制部材が設けられており、 上記流れ方向規制部材は、交叉部から上記第3
通路内に突出して設けられ交叉部に流入した流体
を第3通路において往復させるようにこの交叉部
及び第3通路の所定長さ部分を往路側と復路側と
に二分する仕切りと、この交叉部における往路側
部位と復路側部位とのうち第1と第2の両通路が
