- 導電性セラミツクスを１５ｖｏｌ％以上８０ｖ
ｏｌ％以下含み、残部が耐食性合金からなるサー
メツト層をロール表面に被覆した電気メツキ用コ
ンダクタロールにおいて、上記サーメツト層の気
孔中にＳｉｏ２又はＡｌ２Ｏ３又はＭｇＡｌ２Ｏ
４を、Ｓｉ又はＡｌ又はＭｇ−Ａｌのアルコキシ
ドあるいはアセトネートの含浸、熱処理を行つて
充填したことを特徴とする電気メツキ用コンダク
タロール。
