Claims (1)
弾性特性を有する糸(以下ゴム糸という)を供給
するための給糸装置であつて、当該ゴム糸の送り
込み用ロータに、該ゴム糸の送り込み用ロータの
回転に伴ない回転するようにガイドロールを圧接
して、当該ゴム糸をこれらゴム糸の送り込み用ロ
ータとガイドロール間を通して供給するようにし
た給糸装置において、当該装置は、編機における
編成シリンダーの回転に連動させずに独自に前記
ゴム糸の送り込み用ロータを回転させるモータを
設置してなり、かつ、該モータの回転軸に磁気セ
ンサ機構を付設し、当該磁気センサと当該モータ
とをそれぞれゴム糸送り込み用制御装置に電気的
に接続して、当該磁気センサの検出情報を当該ゴ
ム糸送り込み用制御装置に送信するとともに、該
ゴム糸送り込み用制御装置からの出力信号を当該
モータに送信して、当該モータによる前記ゴム糸
の送り込み用モータの回転を制御するようにした
ことを特徴とする編機用ゴム糸給糸装置。 2 磁気センサ機構が、複数の永久磁気を有する
回転体と、該回転体と対向させて配置した磁気セ
ンサとを具備して成り、当該回転体を、ゴム糸の
送り込み用ロータを回転させるモータの回転軸に
固設し、当該モータの回転軸と連動させるように
した請求項1に記載の編機用ゴム糸給糸装置。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1.
