Claims (1)
- 内部電極層を介して圧電素子を積層した積層体
の側面に該内部電極との接続用溝を有し、該溝内
及び前記積層体側面上に外部電極層を被着して成
る圧電積層体において、該外部電極層をヤング率
が１５０ｋｇｆ／mm２以下の導電性樹脂で形成し
たことを特徴とする圧電積層体。
