    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 現像槽内に、トナーと現像剤とを撹拌混合する
    撹拌ローラと、該撹拌ローラに近接して配され現
    像槽内のトナー濃度を検出するトナー濃度検出器
    とを備えた現像装置において、前記撹拌ローラは
    、前記現像槽に回転自在に支持された撹拌軸と、
    該撹拌軸に傾斜して外嵌固定された複数の撹拌羽
    根とから構成され、該撹拌羽根と撹拌羽根との中
    間で、現像剤の周期移動が小さい位置に前記トナ
    ー濃度検出器が取り付けられたことを特徴とする
    現像装置。
