た表示部とを具備するＬＥＤ表示装置において、 上記基板上面が絶縁性材料でなる被覆部材で被
覆されており、且つこの被覆部材が発光ダイオー
ドの上部を被い、さらに該被覆部材の少なくとも
発光ダイオードと表示部との間に介在する部分が
