Claims (1)
- ビル内に備えられたエレベータや設備機器の監
視情報を収集し、これらを逆出する伝送制御装置
、ビル内の管理室に設置された監視盤、監視セン
タと回線を介して接続され、前記監視センタと伝
送制御装置の間で情報を逆受信する受発信装置を
備え、昼間は管理室で、夜間は監視センタでそれ
ぞれ監視するビル設備機器の監視装置において、
前記伝送制御装置と管理室内監視盤および受発信
装置との間に、伝送制御装置を管理室内の監視盤
、または受発信装置に選択的に接続する手動切り
換え手段と、この手動切り換え手段により選択さ
れた接続とは無関係に夜間、伝送制御装置と受発
信装置とを接続状態とする時計タイマ手段とを備
えたことを特徴とするビル設備機器の監視装置。
