ナ、４はドリブンギア、５はピニオン軸、７はピ
ニオンギア、８はリングギア、１１はガバナウエ
イト、１３はウエイトガイドである。

回転クラツチのクラツチアウタをモータ軸側にギ
ア噛合する一方、ケーシングに回動自在に支持さ
れた一方向回転クラツチのクラツチインナに、ピ
ニオン軸の基端部をヘリカルスプライン嵌合せし
めて、モータ駆動に基づきピニオン軸をヘリカル
スプライン嵌合に従つてケーシングから突出移動
させることでピニオンギアをエンジン側のリング
ギアに噛合せしめるべく構成すると共に、前記ク
ラツチアウタには、該クラツチアウタの回転によ
り遠心力を受けて遠心方向に移動するガバナウエ
イトを設ける一方、ピニオン軸には、遠心方向に
移動したガバナウエイトを前記突出移動した位置
で係止してピニオン軸の早戻り規制をするウエイ
トガイドを、軸芯方向には移動規制されるが軸芯
周りには自由回動するよう支持したことを特徴と
