  1. 煙突筒身の上部域の外周に周方向に適宜間隔を
    存して軸線方向に延設された複数枚の案内板と、
    上記案内板の上部域の周りに外嵌され上下両端縁
    とも上記煙突筒身の外径より大きい直径を有する
    円錐台状の上部案内環と、上記案内板の下端部に
    上記上部案内環の下端縁から適宜間隔を存して外
    嵌され上記煙突筒身の外径と等しい直径の下端縁
    とそれより大きい直径の上端縁を有する皿状の下
    部案内環とを具えたことを特徴とする煙害防止型
    煙突。
