Claims (1)
- 金属製フレームと、該金属製フレームに固着さ
れたモータとを有するモータ装置に於いて、前記
金属製フレームと前記モータの間に、不織布状の
良熱伝導性の金属繊維と、前記不織布状の良熱伝
導性の金属繊維に含浸されたシリコン系ゲルとで
構成された振動絶縁層を設けた事を特徴とするモ
ータ装置。
